Rahul Banerjee is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Raisina House. He holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Studies from the UNESCO Chair for Peace at Banaras Hindu University. His core expertise lies in conflict mapping, post-conflict reconstruction, and the gender dynamics of conflicts. He is a certified de-escalation negotiator and

Rahul’s current research and engagement at Raisina House centres around India-Europe partnership in a multipolar world, the geopolitics of development, and the policy dimensions of Artificial Intelligence for social impact in the Global South.
He also serves as an Expert with the UNESCO Inclusive Policies Lab.
